Manly West Project
Our clients in Manly West had noticed that there was visible water damage coming through the toilet wall from the bathroom. They originally wanted a shower repair thinking this would be the solution to their problem.
When we arrived at the consultation, we noticed the bathroom was lined with asbestos which meant the whole room needed to be stripped out due to legal requirements. Once we provided sufficient amount of information in regard to their bathroom renovation, they were completely satisfied with the response and were wanting to proceed on the spot.
Bathroom Renovation Package Offered
Complete Standard ‘Completely Fresh’
- Rectified tiles
- Mirrored cabinet
- Repair of toilet wall
The bathroom was a small L shaped room which we added a walk in shower and a slimline vanity to maximise the walking space to access the shower.
The purpose of using the rectified tiles was because they wanted smaller grout joints for a more seamless look.
The style was clean and contemporary with simple whites and greys with chrome tapware.
Testimonial from client:
Excellent work by the MasterCraft Tilers team. Our old house doesn’t have a straight line anywhere and is rather challenging, however they met the challenge. The work was meticulous, they didn’t stint on the preparation, ensuring that the final finish was immaculate. In particular, the tiler and the painter were top notch, and all products used were of high quality. The whole team were all very professional and well-coordinated, they were there on time every day and the work completed as per schedule. They were respectful of our home and our neighbours, keeping all noise to a minimum and tidying up as they went. They came out to the house with samples when we couldn’t visit the warehouse because of Covid-19. The design of the new bathroom and suggestions that Raymond made all worked very well, with an excellent result. Despite all the challenges it all went very smoothly and we are very happy with the result. We would recommend them to anybody wanting a first class job.
