Kenmore Hills Project
The main bathroom and toilet in our clients Kenmore Hills home were in original condition from when the home was built in the 1960’s. This meant it was very much outdated as well as the fact it had been leaking and out of use for some time. Their intention was to renovate to ensure the bathroom was functional but also keep the existing architectural style to match the rest of the home.
They were particular about the brands and finishes they desired so we offered a package that was best suited.
Bathroom Renovation Package Offered
Complete Custom ‘Your lifestyle’
- Separate toilet
- New flooring
The substrate underneath was damaged from the bathroom leaking so we replaced the flooring with a quality long lasting material.
Items such as the niche and nib walls were specifically measured and built to suit the tile layout that provided a seamless look throughout the design.
There were no layout changes, which meant we were able to utilise all existing plumbing locations.
The design chosen was a Scandinavian style with a touch of Bohemian. A combination of natural elements of timber, cream and khaki with champagne fittings and fixtures complimented the original style of the home.
