Chapel Hill Project
The bathroom, ensuite and toilet in our clients 1970’s home in Chapel Hill featured its original brown tiles with peach coloured wall paint and was in need of an update. Once we arrived at the consultation, our client also mentioned they would like to add a powder room in the garage downstairs.
Bathroom Renovation Package offered
Complete Standard ‘Completely Fresh’
- Separate toilet full renovation
- Full build of powder room downstairs
- Stone benchtop with above counter basin
We completely stripped out the contents of the existing bathroom, ensuite and toilet and utilized space inside the garage for the new powder room that was being built downstairs.
The bathroom and ensuite layout remained the same utilising existing plumbing locations. The existing toilet was turned into a powder room by extending the space and adding a small vanity.
For the proposed powder room downstairs, we cut out concrete to run new plumbing from the external drain and built the frame to construct the powder room.
The style was a simple clean look with the use of white wall tiles with a beige floor tile which blended with the overall colouring of the home. Chrome fittings and fixtures were used.
We would like to thank you all very much for the great outcome of our bathroom renovations. It was a daunting prospect given the original 1970’s poor condition, and we have been thrilled with the results. The whole process was carried out in the best possible way and we did enjoy meeting and working with each and every one of you.
